West are the greatest football team in the world, and I was overjoyed to spend several years helping them build themselves into South Manchester’s Premier Club. Socially minded and community engaged, I’m proud to follow both senior teams pretty much every weekend at at Brookburn Road.

Key Responsibilities
I managed and created content for all social platforms, as well as writing all news and match reports for the club website (a previous version of which I built) and programme – helping boost attendances from low 100s to over 1000.
In addition, I devised & promoted events (such as a ‘Non-League Dog Day’) that boosted attendance, and earned the club media attention from the likes of Sky Sports, BBC, Sporf, Mundial, and MEN.
In 2020, I helped set up and run a Supporters’ Club, Union 1908, which currently has over 150 members – founded with the aims of supporting the club, supporting the community, and supporting one another. I was elected as chair in June 2023.
