Key Responsibilities
- Rearchitecting the business website to be fit for purpose from a digital marketing point of view – implementing UX fixes, adding in key SEO features, and monitoring customer flow to maximise bookings.
- Rebuild of CRM journey from scratch, ensuring the company made the most of their many loyal customers – as well as ongoing management.
- Building on the summer and winter menu launches to make them an event for customers, rather than a refresh.
- Building on existing campaigns (Father’s Day, summer holiday offer, Christmas bookings) to provide company best numbers.
- Management of on site social media teams, as well as working with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver on the directors vision.
- Launch plan for launch of The Station House, the company’s first new opening in almost a decade, and the largest investment they’ve made – a £1.3 million joint project with Joseph Holt
- Management of The Station House digital platforms, and social spend. Includes content creation.
- Working with external designers, freelancers, and teams to deliver assets for the launch – both physical (external & internal signage), and digital (photography, menus).
- Building a culture of visibility for marketing campaigns within the business – monthly reports, sent to key people in the business, to quantify the work.
- …plus plenty of other little jobs: this is a family business, and a tight team, where things are often all hands to the pump when needed.
